Who can you count on to support you in this endeavor?

We are social beings, so we will always do better when we have people to encourage us in our efforts.  Tell someone you trust about your goals, then invite them to give feedback on your plans and accountability moving forward.  Perhaps this can be a mutual thing with a friend or family member, and you can plan regular check-ins with one another.  Or maybe you feel the need for professional support.  Depending on your goals, a counselor, personal trainer, and/or healthcare provider may be critical members of your team.
