How are you going to get from where you are now to where you want to be? 

Doable action steps are critical for making dreams reality.  Just like the goals should be simple, keep the action steps simple…often simpler than you would think!  (I for one, especially struggle with this. I get excited about my goals and want to do everything at full speed and right away!)  Maybe you start with a one week at a time plan, specifying simple action steps for each day.  Maybe a monthly or quarterly plan resonates better with you.  Whatever you do, planning ahead and then looking back on what you’ve done can help you appreciate the progress you are making, no matter how small the step forward may be.
